2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available if we fail to deliver promised services, such as a financial strategy or business plan, within the agreed timeframe. This applies only to clear violations of our obligations, not dissatisfaction from external factors like economic shifts. You must request a refund within 14 days of the service completion date to qualify. Each case is reviewed to ensure equitable outcomes.
3. Non-Refundable Services
Fees for completed consultations, delivered plans, or workshops are non-refundable once fully provided. This accounts for the time and expertise invested in creating tailored solutions. Opting not to implement our advice does not warrant a refund. We encourage active collaboration to align deliverables with your objectives.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, submit a detailed email explaining how the service fell short of expectations. We’ll assess your claim within 7 business days, based on your agreement’s terms. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days. Our process ensures efficiency and fairness in every case.
5. Partial Refunds
If only part of a service is unsatisfactory, we may offer a partial refund reflecting the value of the undelivered portion. For example, if a multi-phase project is incomplete, we’ll refund the unfinished segment’s value. This approach fairly compensates you while acknowledging completed work. We’ll collaborate with you to agree on a solution.
6. Cancellations
You may receive a full refund if you cancel a service at least 7 days before it starts, provided no work has begun. Cancellations within 7 days may incur a 20% fee for administrative and preparation costs. Once services commence, refunds follow the eligibility criteria above. This balances your flexibility with our operational needs.
7. Dispute Resolution
If you contest a refund decision, we welcome discussion to resolve it amicably. You can submit additional evidence or context for reconsideration within 10 business days. We aim to address disputes fairly, prioritizing mutual satisfaction. Our goal is to maintain a positive client relationship.
